Meet Bridget

Hello, and welcome.

I'm Bridget, founder of Wellness with Bridget.

I am passionate about supporting women who appear strong on the outside but are quietly struggling with overwhelm, stress, anxiety, low self-worth, emotional exhaustion, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves.

I believe that healing begins when we feel seen, heard, and      supported. I aim to create a safe and compassionate space where you can explore your wellbeing, reconnect with yourself, and  discover practical tools to support lasting positive change.


Why I Created Wellness with Bridget

Like many people, I have experienced times in life when I felt overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected from my own needs.

 

Those experiences sparked a deep interest in understanding emotional well-being, personal growth, nutrition, mindset, and healing.

 

Over time, I realised that wellbeing is rarely about fixing one isolated problem. Our emotional health, physical well-being, lifestyle habits, beliefs, relationships, and sense of self are all connected.

 

This understanding inspired me to create Wellness with Bridget, a space dedicated to supporting women through a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit together.

 

Today, my mission is simple: to help women move from surviving to thriving by providing support, education, encouragement, and practical tools that empower lasting wellbeing.
